A Vision Becoming Reality
Colombo International Airport Hotels Pvt. Ltd. (CIAH) is pioneering a new era of airport hospitality in Sri Lanka. As the first dedicated transit hotel adjoining Bandaranaike International Airport, we represent a US$45 million investment in the country's tourism infrastructure.
Developed through a Public-Private Partnership with Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Private Limited, CIAH is approved by the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, the Urban Development Authority, and the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
Our mother company, ROWELMARK Pvt Ltd, is a well-established investment facilitator with strong ties to Japan, bringing international expertise and standards to this landmark project.
